Idelic is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, labor disputes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier where permitted by applicable law.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Unless otherwise stated:
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless defective or required by applicable law.
Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of returned merchandise.

For custom manufacturing services:
Production begins only after written approval of designs, artwork, specifications, sizing, colors, and materials.
Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before manufacturing.
Manufacturing timelines are estimates and may change due to supply chain or production factors.
10. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale customers may be subject to:

Deposit requirements
Production schedules
Final payment before shipment
Specific wholesale agreements supersede these Terms where applicable.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, graphics, artwork, photographs, product designs, text, videos, and other content appearing on Idelic.app are owned by Idelic or used with permission.

12. Customer Content
If you submit artwork, logos, or other materials for custom manufacturing, you represent that you own or have the legal right to use those materials.
You agree to indemnify Idelic against claims arising from infringement caused by customer-supplied content.

Upload malicious software.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.
